April 23, 200917 yr i have a very big problem. someone keeps getting my account password straight after i recover it. im not sure what to do or how to stop the pearson from getting my account repeatedely. iv had my account for years now and i have some good stuff on it and realy dont want to loose it. any help at all is appreciated. thanks.
April 23, 200917 yr you probably have a keylogger, you need to scan your computer with antivirus software and remove it, or he/she will be able to keep getting it

April 23, 200917 yr Is hope Avira is up to date? Download Ad-aware and Spybot:search&destroy (you can keep both, but don't have them active 24/4 - just on-demand scanning), update and scan. You could also try Pandas online-scanner (Avira is great, but just for safety precausions). Install any updates to Windows available (i assume you got Windows). April 26, 200917 yr a few steps that i would take: 1. change password on a secure computer 2. ctrl-alt-del and look at what's running (only for nooby keyloggers) 3. delete or do a google search on any runescape related programs you have, the google search is to see what viruses they typically carry, so you can go and bleach the files. 4.update virus scanners, and possibly try a netstat? highly unlikely you'll find anything using netstat, there is a chance though.5 5. you could TRY an online virus scanner, make sure it is trusted though, you need to be sure that its not mining your data or installing malware while scanning (happened to me) [size="5"][font="Georgia"][b]Staking:[/b][/font][font="Palatino Linotype"][color="#FF0000"][/color][color="#FFFF00"][/color][color="#00FF00"] 4+ mil[/color][/font] [font="Georgia"][b]Current Status:[/b][/font][font="Palatino Linotype"][color="#FF0000"][/color][color="#0000FF"] Training defense [/color][/font][/size]
