i have 65M total atm im saving 25M for merchanting but i am wondering what i should do with the rest. keep in mind that i dont play very often so please nothing to do with combat, maybe prayer or magic but not the other ones

Can you put an "n" before your stats in the code so it looks like this [nstats] so i can see them.

I would raise magic. It's very useful and it won't lose a ton compared to other skills if you raise it right.

If you can't think of something you want/need to buy, just keep making money until you figure out that this game is more than the coins in your bank.

Buy skills 50+/60+/70+, or as said above keep merchanting it.

atm the only way i find fun out of this game is getting money, i know weird.

But anyways, I would put it tword a skill that will make you more money in return. Like fletching or runecrafting since you don't want anything with combat. Skills are always a great thing to use money on.

I'm not sure that's enough. Also, the OP said he didn't want combat skills. Anyway, I think it's better invested into a moneymaking skill, such as RC (buy ess while it's cheap!)
