Whats the fastest place for 65 att 52 str and 70 def to train att to 70 would it be bandits?

 

Iam currently using torag as my armour and a dragon longsword.

Not wanting to get into a 'thing' here - but slayer is only good for melee stats IF you want slayer points as well - for purely melee stats bandits, armoured zombies, spiders etc are surely faster for melee XP only.

 

 

 

However, if you want balanced stats and money and charms etc then yes do slayer - if you want fast melee xp - try something else.

2 of those require either high prayer, full guthans or level 68 summoning atleast.

 

Considering Death123141 isn't ranked in either summoning or prayer it takes armored zombies out (plus he needs to do a lot of quests and have atleast 47 hunter) and the lack of guthans and summoning greatly reduces the time you can spend at bandits.

So we agree spiders in stronghold? :) at my stats, I am getting approx 48k per hour not really paying much attention, with whip, rune def and bunyip.

 

 

 

It suites me best as i'm playing at work and sometimes need ALT+TAB to the rescue :)

Me and my friend had a race once to a level up, she was using some other power trianing spot and has 100k xp to level I had 150k to level

 

 

 

I got my level up while she was still about 60k xp away

This is such a lie. Read Compfreak's thread in Rants and you will see that Slayer is not only bad money but its bad exp as well. For fast melee ex Armoured Zombies are the best, Ankou arent bad either.

To bad its not a lie. Sure you can make money camping other places, but if you do slayer tasks and are at least 83+ slayer you can make money off Dragon Boots. Abyssal Whips at 85 slayer. And Dark Bows at 90 slayer. Also at 75 slayer you can kill Gargoyles which drop Granite Mauls that are 137k apiece? Aside from those "special" drops, you can make money off other tasks such as Aberant Spectres, which drop herbs and herb seeds, same with Turoths.

 

 

 

If you look at my siggy you can tell i make quite a bit of GP from my slayer tasks. All those drops are on tasks. Sure i can camp Aviansies or Green Dragons for more money. But i enjoy slayer. OH and good ridance comp...

Slayer is 50% of the time much slower then camping, but its a lot more fun.

 

Kill 10k of one monster or kill 150 of random monsters for 800 task?

 

 

 

The trouble with comp and one or two other members of these forums is they forget its a game, sure there better ways to play every game, but grinding at a game takes the fun out of it.

 

 

 

I've already said armored zombies isn't an option here as he doesn't have the stats to unlock them let alone get the best exp out of them.

He needs 51 hunter, 40 smithing, 40 mining, 59 magic, 40 crafting and 25 farming. In the time it takes him to get these level he could easily get 70 attack using another method.

 

 

 

On top of that without 60 or 70 prayer, 40+ summoning or rune defender.

 

Hes going to have to bank frequently and be doing low damage.

Since you appear only to want melee xp, and since you only need a few thousand xp, you probably wouldn't be interested in slayer. You could try Giant Spiders, but that's more for f2p. Whoever said 48k per hour, just know that it's pretty low. I get 45k per hour, and I'm in f2p.

 

 

 

I think I would go to Pirate's Cove Moss Giants. Something like 70k xp per hour, so it's very fast. No prayer required, although it'll help a bit. You need Lunar Diplomacy at least started though, so that might be a problem. Mountain trolls and Dagannoth are not far behind, and if you have DT started, try DT skeletons. Bandits aren't a very good option.

K, ill go to dagganoths and by them you mean lighthouse right?

Chaos tunnels are good but if you want, lighthouse is almost same.

Bandits are not fast, they are just AFKable.

With your stats bandits won't work as well. I would do rock crabs :lol: or yaks. They are pretty fast exp from 65-70 attack.
