Its some sort of armour that mb pkers used a lot and I believe it gives a strength bonus? It looks like a t shirt, what is this item? Thanks for the help! Theres someone in the Rate This section who posted a pic of his character that has 2 torsos. ;) 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
