My hypothesis: Their forum is dead. They went through a nuclear war and are now living in a post-apocalyptic world. All survivors were granted mod/admin powers, and are taking refuge in the last to post thread. The rest of the forum has been mostly abandoned, with the exception of some lone wanderers.

WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF there's a dog outside. My mom's friend just posted a picture of our dog since she has to be out in the rain with him as she's dogsitting for my family while they're on vacation

In one of the buildings around my place there's always a dog locked out in a balcony who barks sometimes for like an hour straight. I wish I had a BB gun or something, jesus.

This dog barks occasionally but it doesn't bother me
