Maybe I like my dwarven axe. :(The only real solution is weapon/spell.I hired a mercenary for 500gold and I have her fight for mefollowers suck though. Like one hit from a giant and they're dead. And then they get in your way and you kill them by accident. And then their dead body shows up and ruins your wedding.
