For the ranged set, what does "+10% ranged" actually mean?

It's not actually 10%, the RSKB is wrong, it's 15% (or therabouts).

 

 

 

Like dead said, it's very similar to the way a range prayer works, it gives both accuracy and max hit increase.

For some reason, I doubt that Jagex wouldn't fix something that obvious when it's been out for a very long time. (years?)

With void, my max hit with broad bolts is 33, unpotted and unprayed, at 99 range.

The percentage is deffo higher than what jagex claims, dunno howe far thou. I heard 15% and tht seems about right.
