End of story, although getting for example 99 fletching just for the cape while the skill is useless isn't as smart as getting a useful 99. Then they turn to the cape... On the other hand, summoning has way more stepping stones that are actually helpful, 52, 67(68), 88(89), 96. I would get 99 cause I can. I see them as motivation, I dont see anything wrong with them at all. Just like my current goal of 99 runecrafting, what possible reason is there to continue runecrafting? 10x airs? 8x minds?
