Jeffwilson99
Well firstly you should get your range to 70 atleast. If you've read any guide, you should know that you have to pray mage against the 360s, and kill the range guys first...

s1reatalot
Hopeless aren't you? :| Pray magic, steel skin when the 90's come. AND DON'T FORGET, you won't always do it first time, I would practice blocking monsters before you attempt it.
zwyrm
You ALWAYS pray mage when there's a 360 at the arena! And when there's also a 90, you kill the 90 asap so that i wouldn't slowly kill you. Cause even with your defence boosted to 99 they can hit 13's on you. And you don't really need 80+ whatever ranged to own/get to Jad...I got to Jad my first time when i was 62 ranged. khandajatt
there is a kill order 22-90-360-180-45. Some people like to kill 90 before the 22 but its all up to you, 22's will drain your prayer every hit. At one point you will have all the monster out in which case follow the kill order and stay away from 180 and 45 and kill 90, 22, 360 first

I always try to circle the 90's so that the others stack behind. Yea kill the 22's if there not stacked as they are annoying as hell on the higher levels. Always pray magic when the 360's are out or you'll get raped. IMO the only hard rounds are the last few with the 90's, 180 and the 360 as it require a bit of luck and skill to get them in the right locations. The only really hard bit is Jad and hes the whole reason I haven't got a fire cape. There is a place named italy where you should be camping the whole way throught untill jad. Some people still camp there at jad put its all up to you. This place is a huge help against meelers (22, 45, 180) as you can trap them between sulphur vents and walls. Jad isnt hard if you manage your prayer switching right. When healers appear just attack them to get them to come to you and not heal jad. Line up the healers one behind another to make sure only one is attacking you and then just shoot away at jab while prayer switching
