Anyhow, the underground habitats are going well, we have a few being built at once. They each can house 100,000 or so, and are self sustaining and environmentally friendly. A scaled down prototype of the Ocean habitat is in progress. It will made of completely fireproof materials, and have enough life boats to get the entire population off. More news on the war front along the border between Aetherian N. America and Britannian Canada. We are majorly pissed off by our losses in Aether. However, we seem to be doing better in North America. Our Lancelots are quite the machine. As long as it keeps going like this, I doubt that Aether can swarm Canada.

I would recommend instead picking an asteroid, I can sell you a ship specifically designed for harvesting resources from asteroids. Asteroids are much more rich with resources, and there are a lot more of them than the moon. The ship itself would cost 300 billion, and then it also includes a few dozen shuttles to transport resources to wherever you want.
