We can call it either Utopia or Gaia. Both names are alright. Maybe we should each propose a name and vote on it? (we can't vote for our own idea, of course) And Rocco, we use black to signify something's uninhabitable. The NWO state is still habitable. Germania vs NWO would be an even fight if it were to attack me, since the defender has a huge advantage. I just don't like it. In the interest of balance it makes more sense to have 2 or 3 super-powers, as it means that one person isn't able to do whatever he wants. Check and balance.
