Hegemony-V2 begins page 302

I doubt a decent thruster could even fit inside that.

The whole idea just seems so horribly innefficient.

Honestly, if you think I'm disregarding your ideas out of hate, I'm not, I'm disregarding them because frankly, they suck.

Your ideas are really, really bad most of the time.

Dusty, by civilian infrastructure, I didn't include your wall. I could be wrong, but I think spending 80% of my budget for like 40 years would probably mean I spent more than anyone else combined.

Plus the trillions I pumped into civilian infrastructure in Europe in Africa, as well as the huge oil complex in Greenland. Idk, you're probably still right

Your planet has fallen into a state of anarchy. You no longer control your planet. It's gone through 4, near 5 years of rebellion. You'd be dead by now. Or have fled the solar system. This just proves my point from page 90.

I'm pretty sure we decided this was a stupid mechanic to use, back when Hedgehog kept saying he started a rebellion in Tunisia. It's such a ridiculous notion. "I start a rebellion in Kamino!" Everyone would just abuse it.

Already is one, #hegemony which existed long before you joined the hegemony. It was formed when the (then called) The 4th Reich, T4R for short, was invading alot of countries.

Nah that was Doom that made that one, I think back during WW4. Was so we could discuss the more, *ahem* "trivial" neccesities of war (like food and ammo) so I could purchase them from Brazil.

Hex was running his country with slave labour if I remember correctly. Him and Doom had a minor tiff about it and how he only has 1 guard per like 50,000 people. Then she said somehitng like "they could think 1 guard to death" so then he upped the ratio to 50 people per guard. This means that the poeple under Hex's rule were slaves. Slaves tend to hate their government. He also restricted their rights, worked them hard, and didn't let them near weaponry.

That's where I came in. I swooped in, gave his slaves weapons, and BAM instant rebellion.

And it wouldn't make much sense to play as the rebels fightnig your country, unless you yourself started the rebellion (like Trol did). If I instigate riots through out Hex's people, a third party is supposed to play as the rebels (as Doom did during the Kazhikia rebellion). I think it was grim that volunteered. I just figured that even an "NPC" rebel would have the common sense to overthrow Hex's week government policies.

Its taking him 100 years to do that, so you migth as well forget it for now.

Quit slamming everything he wants to research just because it's him that's wanting to. If anyone else asked if they could do that you would've had no problem with it. To use Rocco's favourite word: Quit being a douche.

I doubt a decent thruster could even fit inside that.

You see this is like data-splicing.

Because you say that thrusters can't fit in something and are required to work of fuel it doesn't make that so.

meatlover.png

What?

Thrusters DO require fuel, and thrusters DO take up space?

That's basic logic.

I actually made my data splicing take longer than it should have because it would be horrendously overpowered.

Some sort of EM-field generator could be used as a way to levitate or accelerate objects almost no matter the size, again EM is the best solution.

Hex, crystal circuits and EMF's, that would do the trick.

Have you researched them? how big are they, and how much power do they need?

I SECRETLY REVEAL 200,000 REBELLIONS IN EUROPA

As long as they're all in Berlin. That's apparently where this magical teleporter seems to take things to all the time. Still haven't found the bloody thing either, after all these years. <_<

Anyways, since Alpha Fleet is still hovering around Hex and Mather's system, a detachment of the Federation Guard as well as a battalion of the Steel Legion have been sent down to the planet to help deal with this magical terrorist problem. Hex, you can use them however you please, just don't take any of their equipment and try and reverse engineer it (which would be kinda impossible anyways, but still).

Also, Rpg. You realize that transporting 40 million guns, not only would cost you billions to make (and then you'd just give them all away), but you'd need to have a constant chain of supply ships going to and from the planet. There's no way you could do that in secret.

I have not researched them, but I can send you the research loggs of all EM related tech as well as another crate of crystal chips.

I send a ship with previously mentioned objects as well as a long-range transmitter.

I also mount a long-range transmitter on the ground rings in both Atlantis and my city, I sugguest you do the same, Hex.

All terrorists are killed on sight, they'll be removed soon.

I put a long range transmitor in Ex.

Think of it this way, the various terrorist groups in real life only have a few thousand members overall, probably. We've spent 8 years at war with them, with more troops than you have, and spending more than your entire budget a year in some cases. It's not like the rebels will be wearing a "I'm a terrorist" t shirt, they'll be almost impossible to find.

Good, now I won't have to send a ship unless the objects sent are to big for the rings.

3 years? You have got to be kidding. Even in 30 years, there will still be terrorists, though not as many, and probally not as orginized.

And Hex, is it your entire population working in the slave/factory thing? (Other then guards)

Thanks dusty.

I mean the origional terrorists

and no, my entire race is not slaves at all. they have a choice of job. non of them are slaves.

I start a rebellion in Yexenus. It's going to take you 30 years to deal with the rebels.

*Sigh*. For one thing, dusty, only 7 million people are on Yexenus. And another, I wasn't attacking hex, I was merely pointing out that he plans to kill off hundreds of thousands of people, leaving none to remain, something present day countries havn't done in hundreds of years.

Honestly dusty, what do you have to gain from Hex being around.

Just worked out a new spending plan, which accounts for spare money, because up until now, I'd assumed I was using all of it, which is untrue.

[hide=Research/military spending, budget]

Population: 673 million

Growth rate: 15%

Average income: 45k

Yearly Budget: 1.51 trillion

Projects:

Quantum computing (7/15) (50 billion per year)

Improved AI (Ongoing) (50 billion per year +1/4 of leftover funding)

Project Ares (3/25) (200 billion per year)

ARC laser improvement (Ongoing) (100 billion per year)

Space elevator on each planet (4/5) (50b per year)

City building (Ongoing) (50b per year +1/4 of leftover funding)

Military

Space:

1 Hyperion class battleship (500b each)

11 Cataclysm class battleships (+1 per year) (300b each)

17 Rhadamanthus class battleships (+2 per year) (150b each)

1550 Helios Orbs (+150 per year) (60m each, 10b/year)

400 Unmanned Space fighters (+40 per year) (1b each, 40b/year)

Total spending

1150 billion (1.15 trillion)

Spare funding to redirect into projects: 360b

Deducted ½ for ongoing research: 180b

Current total saved: 180b

Population: 673 million

Growth rate: 10%

Average income: 45k

Yearly Budget: 1.51 trillion

Total spending

1150 billion (1.12 trillion)

Spare funding to redirect into projects: 360b

Deducted ½ for ongoing research: 180b

Current total saved: 180b

[/hide]

I think those numbers are fair.

This way, money can accumulate for a rainy day

Dusty, I think we all have terrorists in one form or another, but most people don't care for the micromanaging.

If Hex were to kill off all terrorists, it would take him a lot longer than 3 years.

I'm just pointing out the absurdity of that mechanic.

What? That no matter how much work you do, there will always be rebels?

What? That no matter how much work you do, there will always be rebels?

That someone can just come along and start a rebellion in your nation.

Sorry, I didn't mean to phrase it as a question. I meant:

No matter how much work you do, there will always be rebels.

Oh. Stats for Yexenus:

Gdp: 388B

Population (On Earth/Yexenus: 190 million)

Growth Rate: 3% per year

Biological Warfare research: 6/35

Space Fleet:

People Carriers: 55/55 (27000 People per ship)

Transportation Ships: 8/10

Warships:4/5

Industrial ships: (Used for mining rocks off asteroids): 14/20

All Purpose ships: 5/5
