It's hard to say how quickly it would spread, a RNG would be used when (if) i launch it. And yes, a vaccine can be made to reduce the risk of catching it. There's pretty much a consensus that it doesn't fit under Off Topic, so we've been discussing where it should go. The current idea is that we get a subforum of the Falador Library for games similar to this, but I've proposed we get our own subforum specifically for the Hegemony game, which would make organization a lot easier.
