One note about the map - it appears that Norway controls Finland, rather than Norway, and Britannia controls Norway rather than Finland. (Or is it sweden we control? I'm not sure. Either way, they're the wrong way around?)

 

On the subject of body enhances, my opening research on this was actually completed on the 15th of October. While this means that a portion of my soldiers are enhanced, it is certainly not to the degree that the Federation's are.

Strike points: South Africa. 400,000 troops in Africa are assaulting the Brazilian border, intending to steamroll to the capital.

In North Africa, another 400,000 troops are ordered to carve a path towards Eygpt, to join forces with Latino.

In North West Africa, 350,000 troops are ordered to sit tight and be prepared for any attack upon them.

 

In Asia, 300,000 troops are performing an amphibious assault on Sri Lanka, able to be assisted by heavy bombing from our Indian bases.

Our troops in Russia are told to march west, aiming to assert control over the capital.

Troops are mobilizing all over our Asian empire, with the intention of Fortifying our border with Brazil in Europe.

In our countries on the pacific, we are fortifying ready for a Brazilian naval assault.

 

In Britain, the country swarms with patriotic activists and defends its borders.

 

If any of the info above is "wrong", please tell me and we'll work a compromise. The troop numbers especially.

 

Recruitment is stepped up, and we have the arms and armour to equip some 300 million soldiers.

 

All funding is diverted from Space, to the land below, to improve the state of the forces, especially our airforce. I think Sere has more info on the number of our air force..

The Lichtens seem to be fanning out throughout the ocean with vehicles equipped with nets. Strangely, only a green substance is actually collecting on the nets... It has the consistency of bad jello. They are heading in the general direction of the Mediterranean. Further investigation required.

Fair enough, but I have to ask, how did the Licths get 500 [bleep]ing submarines from space?

To be honest I think having basically infinite soldiers that can reproduce instantly is really overpowered.

 

I won't dispute anything other than that.

 

How can he possibly put out 500 submarines a day? Each one of my subs costs like 10 billion... Even if his cost 100 million dollars (which would be a garbage can with a propeller basically)he would still have to be spending 50b a day, which he doesn't have.

Naval production has been put up to 100%, using 65% of my budget. Plane building has also been stepped up to it's max, using another 20%. 10% is being used to upkeep my armies, and reequip them, and 5% is on civilian research.

Project CAD is now 100% completed, and put into place in ever habitat.

 

Oh, and all ships are now being equipped with charges that will destroy the ship automatically if they sink below a certain point. This way they can't be scavenged. The charges are at a place in the ship where if they were to be hit by a missile or something strong enough to get to them, the ship would already be sinking. Or something like that.

That reminds me... Right now there is no one protecting hex or mather So I am warping an undisclosed amount of ships in their general direction.

I've still got building mounted PEPs, heaps of cloakable jumpers, some landbases and a city ship stocked with drone-weapons as well as shielding technology protecting both the main cities and Atlantis. Hex has got some jumpers and the PEP technology. What do you have to win with this assault?

Despite the fact that there is no way that you could get a city into space I was actually sending ships to the eresu system. I honestly just wanted to see how you could react.

Ok then retech, questions 1 and 2 answered in PM.

3. Anywhere that is 'unguarded'(Unless I have been specifically told how many troops there are in an area) gets a coin flipped to see if there are troops stationed there. If there are then I roll a four sided dice and that number is how many millions of troops are in the general area. That is then permanent and the number is deducted from the troop pool. If the coin toss fails then a Militia uprising occurs (there is a modifier for militias too) and I roll a twelve sided dice to find the number of hundreds of thousands available(So 12 is 1.2 million). If the province has only been taken in the last 5 years then it is completely unguarded unless told otherwise(Having troops in the area DOES count as me being told).

 

Doom, one thousand five hundred submarines are left over from the war on Retech's planet. They are not particularly strong but are numerous, so 500 would equate to about 5 normal subs and were damaged from the landing on Earth. Once the 1.5k has been exhausted(or should I say the 1.1k) then he has to build subs just like everyone else.

Also his 500-2500 a day are built on his home planet, they need to be shipped to Earth. I will tolerate that many being produced because it is per year and he is on an Aquatic planet which was fighting a war not so long ago. Also the Gold Standard is worth 2000 times the amount of regular currency, but you can't 'make a profit' with it because the money you put out there is the money you get back.

 

Also can I get some stats on your new stuff, ie production rates in whole numbers.

And if project CAD is military and is going to be used then I need to be told what it is. Also it would be good to know what it is in case of someone attacking it, whatever it is.

 

Dungeonal your attacks have been entered. Since I am not staying up till 5 in the morning everyday shall we say that each round begins at 9 (GMT, 8 hours ago or 4 hour time) and finishes at the other 9 hour marker. Reports will be given at or before 12 pm/am

Tuesdays there will not be a 9pm round and the 9am round report will be given at 3pm.(Its such a chocker day)

Then I am going to bed so that I can get up tomorrow morning to do the round calculations before I set out to roleplaying club till five, when I will get back I shall update my civ, do more reading till about 8pm and then will come on, and read though what has happened, do a summery after 9 and go to bed at or around 12 so that I can get up for the monday am summery.

Even so you are limited to not producing any on Earth unless you build sub pens. Sub pens take 2 years to build and you can only build 2 per year.

How bout the ability to build one in a year, but there is a max of one a year. Basically half the number of sub pens at twice the speed.

Alright, 60% of the remaining Terran Navy ( several hundred ships) is attacking the British Isles from all sides, especially the part we cleared in the last skirmish. Behind them are boats carrying hundreds of thousands of soldiers, that will go through any gap made in the defenses.

The garrison in South Africa is taking up defensive positions, and an additional 400,000 are being brought in from North Africa (Will go through the Brazilian Perimeter, then enter South Africa from the south). 320,000 Terran Soldiers are rushing to stop the 300,000 soldiers coming from presumably somalia, or one of those countries. An additional 50,000 are using Guerrilla tactics to fight the defenders in what remains of Egypt.

 

Whatever troops that were pushing south into Africa are still doing that.

Several HISF's are launched to strike key oil fields in the Arabian Peninsula. They are using highly incindiery bombs, designed to light the fields on fire.

 

EDIT: Three dozen ships are sent to capture Hawaii. Since he wouldn't have been able to get any troops there for a long time without passing by my ships, it should be mostly undefended.

 

Here's a badly edited version of the map including Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Nigeria still needs to be added to my side, it's no longer controlled by Nigeria, it was bought by Terran a while back.

EDIT: The 2.2 Million troops garrison at Sri Lanka will attempt to hold off the invaders, and then strike back with 30% of their surviving men into southern india after the attack is over.

One million are rallied and brought from Northern Europe to stop Dungeonal's advances into western Russia.

The Core Regions of the Federation have taken back the core regions of the Terran Federation, the land that used the be Greater Germania. They are still allied with the Brazilians in this war, but Germania is reborn. It has control of half of the Federation's old military, as well as 1/4 of the naval ships and 1/4 of the air force.

Adding defenses in the places you consider 'key' ensures a decent force is stationed there. Also, if I am forced to deploy say 4 million troops to Gibraltar then it takes a full year(when they become unusable) to deploy them to somewhere else, effectively taking them out of play for a whole year(two rounds)
