Do you just want miners to mine the coal, then you will buy it off them (unnoted) and bank it for yourself? If so, then I think this is actually a nice idea (for the miners) but I don't understand why you don't just buy the coal straight from the GE? And as for the Bodyguards, what do you want them for? Is this still while the mining is going on? are you scared of revenants? or do you plan to do this on a PVP world?
