The more moderators there are overall, the less work there is for everyone, and the more coverage we can give to all boards and timezones. We had these many new moderators this time, because the team agreed that they were all good additions. Besides, it's not like it's counter-productive to have a lot of mods, is it?

With the addition to the already marvelous mod team, we rarely have a reported bad thread stay on the boards over an hour.

 

 

 

Unless your talking about that warm and fuzzy feeling you want of seeing a green name online, in that case I suggest you "Work on that a little more." Moderators (like normal users) have the option to appear hidden, sometimes we come on just to make sure the boards are running well and get back to everyday life.

No offense but, it's an advertising topic on for 8 minutes.. It's hardly causing harm in that small amount of time. As N_Odie said, that is quite good. I've seen far worse on other occassions.

No, there is 2 main Mod zones, being uk and us. Being in Hawaii I am on between them, when UK guys wake up and US guys sleep. I am rarely on alone as there is a few Aussie based mods and such. ;-)

 

 

 

I could say with good confidence we have a mod online 24/7. ;)
