Could I kill the troll king from Fremmenik(sp?) Isles?

 

My combat stats are:

 

59 Attack

 

58 Strength

 

54 Defence

 

63 Magic

 

50 Prayer.

 

 

 

I'm currently working on getting my Attack to 60 (almost there) so I suppose I could use Dragon weps. Also, what equipment/inventory should I have?

A prayer pot, use protect from ranged, lots of shark, super attack,strength and defence potions.

 

 

 

You would need to get more supplies after killing the 10 trolls, but the bank is close. Use the yak-hide stuff you made in the quest, other than that use your best armour.

 

 

 

Get 60 attack and beat monkey madness first. The troll king isnt that hard.

Super set and the best food you can get (I used pineapple pizzas).

 

 

 

When you kill the 10 trolls speak to the guy like it says in the quest and get the prayer pot and tuna (you can take your own prayer pot aswell if you want).

 

 

 

I would get 70 attack so you can use/borrow a whip.

Monkey madness might prove a little on the hard side with his stats. A fair alternative would be dragon longsword.

I very recently completed this quest (a couple of days ago) so my advice would be to let the other fighters get the first 10 trolls down to low hp and then just run in for the killing blow. Just as you enter the cave there's a big pillar on your left side (can't remember whether it's NSEW sorry) so if 1 is attacking you, you can lose them by running round it.

 

 

 

Don't forget that the guy by the entrance will give you free strength potions, prayer potions and food (tuna I think). My advice would be to use a poisoning potion (dds p++ works great) and then just swithch to your other best weapon ( I killed it with a dragon longsword).

I've done Monkey Madness, also I just got 60 Attack. So what I get is use the best armour I have, dragon dagger spec for poison, best food, super set and protect from range, plus a dragon weapon? I just bought a dragon halberd but I suppose that's not the best weapon to use because it's 2-handed, so a good weapon would be a dragon scim?

Full prossy and d scim, I tried the dds but it didn't seem to work to well.

 

 

 

Remember to talk to the guy, before you cross the bridge to the king, for the prayer pot and tuna if you have any space for them.

You need Regicide to use halberd, I'd just use scimitar if I were you.

Actually a halberd works great. I used a rune one and even that was doable. Just pot up like you plan to do.

I did it with all 60 melees, without a problem. Just attack like regular and follow the tip.it guide :thumbup:

troll king is easy. i did it with 3 pray pots, 3 str pots, a rune scimmy and yak hide armor..and an invent of lobs.

 

 

 

that was with 50 str :lol: just keep range protect on at all times and youll be ok

I think 65 would be better, wouldn't take much longer to get and if you super pot from there it would take you to about 80 (just a guess).

 

 

 

People on this game will always assume your a guy cos apparetly girls dont exsist on the "intarweb" and it isn't a particularly femine game.

Yes, with good food and with super potting attack and strength.

Seriously, give it a go. Just be sure to take a fast tele out in case things go wrong.

dont use runes cause they take up space..use a ring of dueling or a necklace..

Well, I was thinking more along the lines of an ectophial or a teletab for fast escape.

well that takes up space..a ring doesnt but it would still work i guess

use a 1 click tele like an ecto cos the last thing you want to be doing as your health is dangerously low is clicking on menus and sub menus to tele were as an ecto is just 1 quick click away from safety.

It is just a safe assumption if you ask every player in runescape and runescape related forums, such as this, most of the poeple will be guys. It is just a numbers game, you will offend less people saying his alot than than her etc
