RayOxide
Lately I have had a bit of trouble sleeping. I really dont know why though, Nothing has changed. No sleep patterns changed, no more/less sugar, etc, everythings basically the same and I just cant sleep well. It takes over 1 and a half hours to fall asleep. Anyone got any ideas what's going on? Also, half the time when I actually sleep I wake up and have really weird dreams... And no, I havent taken any drugs of any sort :wall: Oh, this can be a discussion about dreams/sleeping too :? I dont need a siggy no moar.

Mollerz
Funny thing is, just came from a long lecture about this kind of thing... Don't go to sleep within 1 hour of viewing any screen (Phone, TV, Computer etc.) Read a book perhaps before going to sleep. Don't listen to music or have any form of sound before going to sleep. I can't sleep without something on for sound. Whether it is a movie on my TV or my stereo, even my ipod. I have to have some kind of noise. I never have troubles going to sleep unless I am on days, though.

Hobgoblinpie
I've been getting it recently too, but I had a massively long summer break (3 months, nearly 4) so I've adjusted to staying up late and waking up late. A_Mace
I go to sleep about half an hour when I quit (working/playing on my computer)/ (watching TV). And I fall asleep about half an hour/1 hour later. Maybe it's because you're having more stress? Something in school that's bothering you? Do you have to work harder? Also, don't think of anything when you're going to bed. When you start thinking about something and how you are going to do it, you won't be able to sleep. You have to be able to tell yourself "I'll think about it in the morning". If I really can't get to sleep I try to summarise what I did that day. It usually helps me to calm down a bit. I hope there was something usefull in there?

Pirate_Felix
Oh well, ive had your problem too, i found out i was gaming too much and thought about it whilst i was lying in bed. Try doing other stuff before you sleep, I solved the problem with less gaming (maybe) and watching tv before going to bed, (Ultimate survival (i think you guys know the second program as Man vs Wild)/Scrubz until 22:00/22:15 and then that 70s Show, usually i only watch one of the two episodes and fall asleep in the commercials inbetween. Last night I was looking at my COMPUTER, then listened to my IPOD on my Ihome, and fell asleep like a baby while the music was still playing. The person giving the lecture needs to get his fact straight =D> . Three months banishment to 9gag is something i would never wish upon anybody, not even my worst enemy.
