FunPhish
Uhh being totally honest weed usually works pretty good for me. It keeps my mind from racing about things that have/are going to happen, and that's usually what keeps me up.
WoodenFruit
I take hours to get to sleep, but when I am I sleep like a log :D But my mum's side are full of insomniacs so it's not really that suprising. ______________
Wongtong
I wonder what you look like now. What do you mean now? Havent you always wondered? Naw, I don't really care what people look like. I'm only wondering because you pulled an all nighter (which generally makes people look heinous.) Pro tip to go to sleep: read a book with small print such as LOTR, I remember trying to read that and I would only get through one paragraph before falling asleep. And I can fall asleep easily when I listen to music ca2theone, especially instrumental music with a slow tempo. 8,180WONGTONG IS THE BEST AND IS MORE SUPERIOR THAN ME#1 Wongtong stalker.Im looking for some No Limit soldiers! Rainy_Day
I've had similiar problems recently, but that is mainly due to my back being a little odd, so I sleep in weird positions but they are not comfortable. Takes me around an hour, give or take. Then I wake up with a bad back again. I should really see a doctor ;O ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)RIP Michaelangelopolous
Skull
Similar problem as well except both my shoulders are bad, one I dislocated and it was never the same and the other I broke my collarbone twice so it's more than an inch shorter and I can only raise it a little way over my head. Granted they've been like this for like 3 years, so it's not as bad as it used to be. Before you do the test you're told to go into a photo booth and take a picture which is gonna be on your driver's license for the next 10 years. Couldn't have picked a worse day to have sleep problems on. Luckily I don't look too bad on it - coffee and fruit really helps.
champion
I can just read for 15 or so minutes and I always get to sleep immediately once my eyes get tired. I sleep well.
Lateralus
It takes me a long time to get to sleep. I read for an hour or two then wait for sleep for about 15 minutes. I get bored lying in bed so I usually listen to philosophy lectures. My bed is broken so most mornings I wake up with my mattress on the floor, having fallen through the bed during the night. Thepr1de44
I usually don't stay up too late and take an hour of reading, that does help a lot, I would recommend you to try sleeping earlier!
rangeor
Funny thing is, just came from a long lecture about this kind of thing... Don't go to sleep within 1 hour of viewing any screen (Phone, TV, Computer etc.) Read a book perhaps before going to sleep. Don't listen to music or have any form of sound before going to sleep. Now this is the biggest bull [cabbage] I've heard all day. Last night I was looking at my COMPUTER, then listened to my IPOD on my Ihome, and fell asleep like a baby while the music was still playing. The person giving the lecture needs to get his fact straight =D> . Yeah I agree with you, I fall asleep with my iPod in nearly every night, and 9 times out of 10, I sleep easily. Just because you operate differently than the target person of the lecture doesn't at all mean the lecturer was wrong. He's just making suggestions to people - if they go to bed right after using the computer, then perhaps going to bed an hour after looking at a screen will help them fall asleep quicker. They are just suggestions, not facts. I'm also someone who can't fall asleep right after using the computer. Listening to music helps me get tired, but I'm too fearful of falling asleep with earbuds in my ears that I can't fall asleep while listening. CowsEatFood
Just make sure that you are actually tired when you go to bed. I usually lie around for 2-3 hours if I'm not tired when I go to bed :s.

Guest
Sorry if I sound like an idiot, but mabye your just not tired? Do you sleep in, drink enegry drinks, relax for alot of the day...Any of that? If not, try sleeping on a different surface. Bed, couch, air matress...They all can affect how well you sleep. It isn't often, but it gets annoying if it happens too often.
