October 12, 200916 yr well, was pking when i thought, why not use d hal? so i thought of a new way to pk. well it's not "honourable" but you ice spell, (barrage/burst/blitz/etc.) thenrun up to them with d hally and (space away from them) attack them with it. repeat ice and keep attackingobviously only works worth melee'rs what do you think of this?I know it's probably been done before, but ive never seen anyone do it in my days of pking :wink:
October 12, 200916 yr Because the spec is so great against players and the accuracy is so high and the speed is incredible. Not. It's an useless way to pk, but pvm is fine.

October 13, 200916 yr Spec is useful against monsters that take up more than 1 tile. Otherwise, it has a cripplingly slow attack rate.

Plus, if you're attacking meleer's, why would you want to melee them instead of barrage them? Even if they mage pray, eight 10s is better than three 0s and 2 20s. Innovative technique, but really not helpful at all. You'd be better of hit n' run whipping instead. October 21, 200916 yr yeah in most situations its pointless, i can see the spec being slightly useful in some 3 on 1 situations or clan wars, but definitely not worth the invent space. DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers ringsQBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow partsCR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size....It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).
