Do you REALLY think ANYONE has any solid information on this. These kind of things take weeks to test out even to get a vague guess at such matters. Given that it has yet to be 24 hours since the diary was released, let alone people actually got the hard cape. It is impossible for such data to have been collected even in a rough manner. That being said, it is still worth wearing at Blackjacking, in case you mistime a pickpocket. ~It's Super Effective! I have timed it - including fast banking as needed - rates are in the 95-115k an hour range. It's much faster when you aren't failing at all. Also you never need food and if you wear a bow with no ammo you won't ever get into combat. I wear an amulet of nature and do farm runs as needed.
