November 1, 200916 yr If you mean you can't change your hair/outfit You change your hair in Falador.And you change your outfit in Varrock.
November 1, 200916 yr The place to change your base clothing is in the clothes shop in central Varrock. The hairdresser is located on the west side of Falador. You can change your hair, shirt, sleeves, cuffs, pants, gender, and skin tone. Don't think you can do shoes or wristbands in there.
