November 15, 200916 yr Ok, so when I view multiple threads with multiple browsers on this forum, it usually crashes my internet and forces me to start Task Manager to end Firefox. This was never a problem on the old forum, but continues to happen with the new forum. November 15, 200916 yr I am on Firefox (most recent version) right now with multiple TIF tabs open, and I have no issues. Have you tried using a clean install of Firefox?

Any extensions? OS Version? I should be able to replicate the environment at work to test myself. November 15, 200916 yr Author My Firefox is version 3.5.5, and my OS is Vista Home Premium. Never thought about doing a clean reinstall, might try that. November 15, 200916 yr Or it could be that you have relatively outdated/low spec computers which means the slightly more dynamic forums cause more memory usage than you can give up? November 15, 200916 yr I have an old computer (Win2000 with 512MB RAM) running FF3.5 and GIMP at the same time, and I have never had any crashing problems.
