I am doing monks the whole way and I would appreciate any suggestions for better ways to 99 Fishing. My combat is 76. This is pretty much all my money. Thats my view at least 4/10. He'll just need to pray and/or hope that the rocks attack someone that can and will mine them :D 7/10, you're almost past the hardest part.
