30g does not seem to attract any offers.

 

Grim-

The malacoda growls. "Escape."

You try to control it, but fail. It draws it's halberd and prepares to fight.

 

Nexaduro-

You wouldn't be able to heal Jen if you wanted to now.

 

Hakon-

"Hm. Strange device. Very strange indeed."

He attaches the rough telescope to the device.

[Earth]

(I'm guessing this is an insanely powerful creature?) Grim attempts to control it again before leap/teleporting back and shooting silver arrows at it.

[Nexaduro]

Nexaduro fastens the buckler to his arm so that it will not interfere with swinging his quarterstaff. He also attempts to incorporate the water robe into his original set of robes, imbuing them with water magic and making the wave patterns flow with real water. He tries to imbue the robe with a fire cantrip to heat or cool the water as conditions require. He then attempts to engage in conversation with the sprite.

Earth-

Some random person decides to give you a map, which looks like it has been drawn on a napkin, to a cave. He doesn't take any payment.

 

Umbra-

"Oh, them? They come here every night, usually. Never listened to their conversations, since they seem to clam up whenever somebody gets close."

 

Grim-

"Fool, I serve nobody!" shouts the demon, before jumping towards you. Some of your arrows hit it, damaging it moderately, and then it takes a swing at you, but it doesn't connect.

 

Nexaduro-

You create a set of soggy robes, which are always warm.

The wisp (Jen, stop changing the name to sprite, it confuses me <_< ) says nothing.

 

Hakon-

"That...wont be necessary. Bye."

You are teleported outside the room.

[Icuownage]

I sit far away, and observe them a little, not to much, to avoid suspicion and wait for something to happen.

[Earth]

*i take down the offer, and walk to this cave, hoping i wont get uberjacked when i am there.*

[Nexaduro]

Grimacing, Nexaduro attempts to remove both the water and fire enchantments from the robes. He then goes and asks earthsage if he wants help. Whatever the reply, Nexaduro uses his sonic dash to reach Earthsage's position

Håkon uses a stone as suppport while calibrating the aim.

[Grim_]

"Very well" Grim mutters before again leap-teleporting backwards while shooting silver and magedeath arrows at it. If it gets in close combat he draws a silver sword and his crystal shield and shield bashes before stabbing it.

[Nexaduro]

[Earth]

Sure. But let me attempt to dominate the golems before we kill them. And talk first, smash later.

[Seraphi]

Umbra-

They are all huddled around a table, so you can't see much, or hear much. After a while, they get up and leave the tavern.

 

Earth-

You reach the cave, and hear some minor tremors below.

 

Nexaduro-

You revert the robe to normal, losing the water robe in the process. You reach Earth's location.

 

Hakon-

The gun seems to fire slightly in a seemingly random direction, making calibrating it difficult. You do have some success though.

 

Grim-

The arrows miss completely. The Malacoda leaps at you and swings again, shattering the shield, and badly damaging your arm. You try to swing, but miss.

[Earth]

* i go with nex into the cave ( or whatever there is) to find the source of the tremors*

[Grim_]

I force push the demon backwards before healing my arm and shooting more arrows at it. I then release a shower of invisible throwing knives at it.

I get up and try follow, hiding behind crowds or walls as I do so

[Retech]

Jen attempts to throw little bits of ice onto each of the squares to see if anything happens. If nothing happens, then Jen stands on the square which would be for the "king" on the chessboard, as that might be what it is. (Hopes that it turns out to be a chess game)

[Nexaduro]

wait a moment, Earthsage.

 

Nexaduro focuses all his wind and sound magic on a massive sprint towards Grim and the Malacoda, and focuses all his momentum from the dash into swinging his halberd at the malacoda's torso.

Håkon attempts to shape the bullets a little better so they fly straighter.

Scratch that. Nex stays where he was. he uses sound magic to attempt to find the source of the tremors and if there is any movement below.

[Seraphi]

Earth-

You enter a large room. You see two small golems, but neither of them seem big enough to be causing the tremors.

 

Grim-

The Malacoda resists your magic, and interrupts your heal with a slash across the shoulder. You can't draw the bowstring, but you throw several knives at it, dealing some damage.

 

Umbra-

You follow them to a large building, and as they enter, two guards come out and stand by the entrance.

 

Jen-

Nothing happens. Every step you take, the room seems to invert the colours, distorting your vision and giving you a headache.

 

Hakon-

You make the bullets straighter, but it does not appear to help. You think that the smithing techniques at the moment cannot create a gun barrel much finer than this.

 

Nexaduro-

You sense a lot of crashing below the current room.
