Kemios thanks the Worme for the sapphire anyway and removes the bones from a bird corpse and throws the meat, organs, and other organic matter for the Worme to devour.

Ross, I'm not destroying the door itself. I am loosening the dirt around the door, so that it falls over (unless it stands up on its own).

 

Jen tries again. She also tries to lower the temperature of the room as far as it goes, so that the dirt and the door contract, so that the door is smaller than the gap and it falls over.

Igos scans the gypsies to see how powerful they are and how many of them there are before he approaches them.

Jen-

You hear a rumbling, and the roof seems to cave in. Until you realise that it was fake rock only a few inches thick, and that there is a mystril plate inside it. You're in some kind of fortress, which must have been abandoned for thousands of years to have been coated in rock like that.

 

Igos-

You find that thy are unarmed, and there are eleven of them.

Interesting. My question would be why they would have a trap in a fortress.

 

Jen examines the mystril for its properties, then tries to apply negative pressure to the pressure pad to try to untrip the trap, opening the door. Jen then tries to crack the rock on the roof all around, making sure not to crack the rock above her head or near her.

Igos uses his necro to see how powerful they are.

Kemios notices the gypsies' presence and prepares himself, the Worme, and his necro-thing for battle.

Jen-

Nothing happens. You are stuck in this empty cavern/fortress.

I guess "yes" means I succeed in doing all that, before I place the gem inside the pedestal, I rethink of the riddley little thing, not really a riddle, anyway, he remembres the rune bit and he attempts to destroy the 3 runes around the room before placing the gem

Jen starts to dig at the ground to see if she can dig her way out. Meanwhile, she attempts to summon a powerful ice creature using the bones of the people who probaly died here long ago. She wonders if it can resist the power of the aura, since they've been here so long.

The Gypsies respond with a hearty hello, and ask for somewhere to settle for a while.

Rocco-

as thanks grim sends a fire elemental carrying 100 gp after archi's character (I will summon it with aid from my fire battle staff) I then retrieve my teleportation ring, leather armor, shield ,longsword, bow and arrows, and most things aside from the coins and the short sword out of the chest. After that I try to fuse the second life crystal into the fire golem.

Igos approaches the gypsies. "Do you have the same intent as that of the previous travelers?" He also asks what they are skilled in, if they were to join the village.

Oh, I thought I was already at the end because it was a short cave. Jen travels further into the cave.

Grim-

The gypsies tell you they are skilled in the arts of stonecraft.

 

Jen-

You travel further into the cave. You eventually come to a large mystril door, with a key still in it.

 

Ares uses the silver ore which he obtained a while back to smith a silver mask with no expression or emotion in it. He attempts to embed it with two rubies. He fails.

Umbra stands back from the pedstal and orders his shadow tentacles back quickly to shield him
