Igos notices the fire, and makes a sprint for an opening in the forest that has yet to catch fire. While doing this he attempts to create a heat sheild using pyrokinesis.

Take it out of Athletics, Cunning, Woodsmanry, Swordsmanry, Fletching, Carpentry, and then Sound Magic.

(on a side note you did get 300 gold from me...)

Kemios meets the elemental, takes the gold, tells it to thanks its master. He then rushes to the forest fire to attempt to put some of it out with water magic.

Umbra-

You appear to be in a courtyard. It...seems to be connected to the outside, but the sky is an unnatural black.

 

Igos-

You are trapped in a forest fire. You succeed in animating the wolf. .2 necromancy.

 

Kemios-

Done. You fail to cast water magic.

This definately seems like my type of place, to damn bad im in charge of Exile now (though I can resign)

 

Umbra looks around the courtyard, assessing whats around, also looknig for any loot, I do this rather quickly

There is a door on the west side of the room. In the centre, there is a pedestal, with what seems to be an amulet on it. The pedestal is surrounded by a field of crackling chaotic energy.

STORY --

 

I slowly attempt to reach out the pedestal

Igos uses his pyrokenisis to create a sort of heat barrier around him.

Kemios attempts again to put out some of the fire with water magic.

Umbra-

The energy forms an arc to your hand and blows it off. The pain is unbearable, but the wound does not bleed.

 

Igos-

Despite the implausability of heat being able to stop fire, you seperate yourself from the forest fire.

 

Kemios-

You succeed in dampening the air. The forest fire dies off a lot, but there are still some small flames.

Oh my god...

 

Umbra tries to order the shadows to form a hand syndicate on my stumb, this will also stop the bleeding

Umbra-

You create a hand of shadow, it ripples for a second, and then shatters.

(You can't create elementals or morphs here. You can use magic and skills, but followers die.)

 

Ares-

Attempts to meld the Balance Iron with the enchanted lump of metal he still has. He succeeds to create perfect Balance Iron.

Igos, seeing his chance to escape, runs out of the forest. (any pyro exp for sheild?)

Umbra cuts off part of his robes and uses it as a bandage to stop the bleeding

 

Umbra using his other hand also creates a whip of shadow to flick the amulet on the floor

Kemios attempts to put out the rest of the flames with water magic. (Did I get any xp?)

Igos-

Nah, no xp. It was a really basic shield that shouldn't have worked. It only did because you got a 19.

 

Umbra-

You notice that, despite having nothing where your hand should be, your wrist does not bleed.

You attempt to use shadow to hit the amulet. The shadow gets absorbed by the shield and explodes, knocking you a few feet back.

You think that it may be a good idea to come back later, and then you notice your friend has caught up with you, a sword smashing through the door you came in through.

 

Kemios-

You succeed. .4 xp

Umbra is shocked, but knows theres nothing else he can, he runs through the door that you mentioned thats to the west i think

Umbra goes through the door, and notices a hall filled with floating, pale blue flames. You note that Jen is asleep in the corner.

Grim tries to channel the forest fire into a small orb of flame hovering near himself. He then raises the walls around exile another 10 feet and has the staircases accommodate that.

What... The... (swear word)

Kemios, having put out the forest fire, proceeds to return to his castle and attempt to fill the fissure with water using water magic.

Igos heads to Exile. He goes to a local curiosity shop to ask the owner about the strange heart from the armor. He also asks in the...seedier parts of town if there is a collection of necromancers anywhere, hoping to improve. On the way he spots a squirrel, and tries to sap the energy from it again.
