Umbra-

You sense that the power causing it to move has been diverted into a nigh-on impenetrable shield. This shield appears to form whenever it becomes inactive.

 

Grim-

The fireball explodes in your hands, wounding you.

 

Igos-

Grim tries to heal himself before trying to summon a fire elemental this time with aid from a pentacle and his battle-staff.

Umbra rips off another part of robe (I'm going to have to get it replaced soon)

 

and tries to copy out the runes from his wolf fur onto the robe parchment

Grim-

You heal the wound and fail to summon an elemental.

 

Umbra-

You copy out the runes.

Umbra stores the new runes in his bag and then tries to experiment with the runes on the wolf skin (attempting to get them to work)

Igos buys the parchments and ink, along with a quill. He then returns to Ikana, and begins mapping out the area surrounding the town, so that the defending army will have an advantage if it is to be attacked.

Grim goes back to his brim-stone tower before trying to summon an elemental there. He then tries to summon a horse made out of cold fire.

Umbra-

Nothing seems to be happening. You remember the crimson tear and the stone binding that the Final Guard was sealed by, and realise that they were the main things holding it together, the runes were merely failsafes.

 

Igos-

You map out the area.

 

Grim-

The fireball explodes, damaging the tower foundations. You hear a crack, and then silence again. Your hands are blown off by the explosion, and you are fairly badly wounded.

So really me destroying those runes awakened it?

I thought you meant the runes give power.... So I thought it would be greatly weakened

Grim jumps off of the top of the tower (this should take care of the hands bit) Take the loss out of carpentry,light magic, smelting, and the rest out of geomancy down to level two. When he respawns he tries to fix the tower foundations with geomancy.

Igos goes to Exile and asks the citizens if they have heard of any interesting news or places.

...You could have just used healing magic....Whatever I guess, It's your xp.

 

You shoddily fix the tower. It still doesn't look stable.

 

Igos-

All the townsfolk direct you towards Caster as being an interesting place.

I had assumed that with both hands blasted off healing magic wouldnt work. I try again to fix the foundations of the tower with geomancy.

I must be in the same dungeon as Umbra. If I come and help you, will we split loot 50/50?

Igos begins his journey to Caster. He wonders how long it will be. On the way he attempts to summon a skeleton follower.

You fail to summon a skeleton.

 

Ares attempts to forge the Perfect Balance Iron into a chainmail platerobe (I need to roll a 20 to do this.) and fails.

Igos goes to a charter and asks how much a ride to Caster would take and how much it would cost.

Igos-

About ten minutes real life time, and 50 gold.

Ok, Igos pays and sets off.

Jen starts looting the cups and fine wares on the table.

Well you said that you were finished with your side, so I'm just taking as much stuff as I can.

I meant the loot there now is the last loot left that will appear, the killing machine has a crystal or something powering it, and theres an amulet I cant touch yet, it blasted a hand off
