You wake up, coughing due to nearly choking on your tongue. (I know it isn't possible, I needed a bad scenario for a roll of 1, and there was nothing else, really)

Umbra waits for Jen to get ready and when she is we both run throguh the skele's legs (its slow so it shouldnt turn around fast)

Kemios digs up his piles of bones, and attempts to create an undead firebird with some of them.

Grim tries to reinforce and then strengthen the foundations of his tower. Also it looks like I am one of the best equipped to deal with the witches right now... (well if you judge just by mastery of magic that kills them.)

Good Idea, I too try to fire dark magic bolts to distract it, as it is stupid

 

though the blob wont work in the castle, thats why I ask to move to the corridor

I'm not giving the blob life. I'm just firing it in a way that it looks life-like. Jen tries to run past the being with Umbra.

It wont work cause you cant have channeled magic I.E summoning something that will last longer than a few seconds

Well my ice lasted for a while. I'm sure I can just have a blob of ice that is rolling, lolz.

You make it past the Final Guard. It prioritises you now and is not distracted by anything less than being utterly annihilated. +.1 healing magic.

 

Kemios-

Jen-

The Final Guard is targeting Umbra, you run past easily.

 

Grim-

Jen tries to make the floor in front of the guard slippery, so that it falls over. Jen runs back past the guard to try to distract it, while still helping from the banquet hall.

Kemios goes into Exile, leaving his bird behind in his castle (that thing would scare people).

 

He goes into a tavern and begins asking people the location of any powerful magical artefacts.

Umbra-

You remove the crystal.

(I'd like to take the time to warn you, as a fairly friendly GM, that if you place the crystal into the other pedestal you are pretty much garuanteed death, since it doesn't deactivate the Final Guard. That said, it doesn't make it more powerful, either, and doesn't trigger a trap. However, you will need the crystal later, so taking it is a good idea.)

 

Grim-

The man doesn't seem to be in town anymore. Somebody tells you he has gone to Potsdell.

 

Jen-

You succeed, but the guards combination of weight, and spiked metal boots causes it to fail.

 

Kemios-

What kind of artifact are you searching for?

Umbra pockets the crystal, and resummons back as many shadow tendrils as he can and a dark elemental, he also readies some shadow spikes a long the walls of the corridor and creates a few dark magic orbs, small ones

Jen attempts to plant some ice within the guard's armor, hoping that it will try to remove it and kill itself. Meanwhile, she tries to make a snow carpet on the ground for some reason.

I send the elemental to potsdell. (note if they attack it it will rather bad for them as it will flee and then go back to try and find the swindler. )

Just any magical thing with power. Even simple gems would do.

There would've been some in my dungeon, but Archi is waiting until Ross is used to Gming first.

Umbra-

You cannot do that many things at once, and feel a sharp pain, so you stop. There is no damage to you.

 

Jen-

The FInal Guard does not care for wounds or damage. As I said, it has given killing Umbra priority, and only annihilation or leaving its range will distract it.

 

Grim-

Your elemental cannot go that far away from you.

 

Kemios-

The people in the tavern need specifics, or they just get confused.
