Kemios stares the golem in the face, then makes more bolts to throw at it.

Rocco fails to make vines...again.

Grim throws fire at the Golum.

The Golum looks annoyed.

The Water elemental shrugs...it does not understand.

Jen sends a bolt of healing magic at Ross, then attempts to summon an ice elemental. She asks the squirrel to dance around the golem, then concentrates carefully, raising her dagger to channel a "ray" of freezing magic at the golem.

Kemios throws more bolts of sound at a Golum.

The golum looks a bit injured.

+.2 Sound magic.

Grim throws a bolt of healing magic at ares he then starts motioning at the water elemental for it to attack the golems. Grim then tries to summon a fire elemental with the aid of a pentacle.

Rocco creates vines, but they are too weak, the Golum shrugs them off.

Kemios throws even more bolts at the golem whilst walking away from it to avoid injury.

Ares tries to wake up, hoping to avoid drawing attention to himself.

 

Next time, leave looting statues that are almost certainly traps (It didn't take a genius to work out that they were going to try to kill us in one way or another) to the one who is using force magic to loot them relatively safely :unsure:

She summons and Ice elemental

The squirel looks at her.

 

She fires a freezing ray at the golem. The Golem looks mortally wounded.

The Water Elemental looks confused.

Grim sets himself on fire.

Ares starts by firing another force bolt at the golem's legs, then tries to drain the magical energy which is fueling the golem through the use of dark magic.

Yay. I believe I have level 2.3 ice magic now? How much better is it compared to level 0?

Jen focuses on the other golems. She asks the ice elemental to help her. Together, they attempt to freeze solid the golem fighting Grim.

Kemios blows up one of the golems.

Grim summons some water to douse out the flames (I seem to be good at setting myself on fire =D ) He then concentrates on infusing a particularly big fire ball with force magic before throwing it again at the back of the golems head. He then tries to pet the water elemental.

Ares fails to fire a bolt at one of the golems legs.

Ares casts a dark magic dampening spell...nothing happens(no xp)

Kablooie.

 

Kemios looks through the golem's remains for anything of value.

Jen freezes the golem nearest Grim.

(Levels improve your ability to cast spells of that class. They also make it less likely you will fail basic spells.)

Ares, getting quite angry at his lack of success, attempts fire a force bolt directly at the golem's head, followed by a dark magic bolt in exactly the same direction. (Why does the dice seem to hate me. I don't think I've had a successful cast for like 5 turns now.)

Grim puts the fire out.

 

Grim fails to summon a ball of fire.

 

Grim kills his water elemental by accident.

Jen and the ice elemental try to create a basic ice hammer (temporary) to smash open the frozen golem (the first one).

 

2.6 ice magic now.

Kemios finds 2 sapphires and a strange crystal.

Rocco seals the middle door with vines.

Darn Grim mutters as he tries to throw the same type of fireball again.
