I swear by my BCP+Tassets. Then again I bought them back when they were 25m for both haha. It just depends on if you want to break your bank. Personally, I'd do it.

I would not do it for tassets, tassest really aren't that good its the truth. Dont get me wrong there nice as i am saving for them right now to match my bcp but really barrows is better stat wise so unless your getting for looks i wouldn't break your bank over it. Save for BCP or for when u can get both , right now stay with what u got.

In other words: We got a ban hammer in varrock mines. It's jackin yo [censor] bots, slappin yo macros up, tryna ban em, so ya'll need to hide yo scripts, hide yo clicks, and hide yo logs cause they bannin errbody up in here.

No. The +2 str and +1 prayer isn't worth breaking your bank over.

I have to disagree with those who said no. It's really up to you. This is your account, and you decide how you want to play it. Would you be happy if you broke your bank for it? I'm sure it's not too hard to make some extra money, especially if you'll be slaying with them. Do you think they're worth how much time you spent to get that money? You can always sell it back if you don't like it.

Spend that money on a Verac's skirt, proselyte top, and a lot of prayer potions for piety.

Bam, you just trumped full bandos and your setup by miles.

This is actually what I do, except I turmoil, use full prossy for tasks where I need less defense like abby demons, and verac brassiere+ skirt for tasks where I need more. Although this is faster then the +6 strength bandos would give, you can not get the money back spent on prayer pots, while you can sell bandos back, and possibly profit. However, the increased speed, and as a resut increased chance of drops, is at least to me, worth the small cost.

Vul, and your point, well, it really is NO point. He asked if they were worth it. We said that, from a statistical and useful point standpoint they weren't. You didn't help at all. Besides, I am pretty sure that those of use who said "no" actually know what we are talking about, compared to you, from a utility standpoint. No offense, its just a fact.

well after reading everyones posts i decided against getting the tassets as even tho i dont have a hard time making money(normally can make around 400-800k/hr using kuradal for my slayer master depending on the task) so i might have to switch to the v skirt + prossy top setup instead of buying bandos tassets or just save all my money for now and once i get the charms for 88 summon just use it on that and getting some other skills up.

Id have to say that is the smartest option of all. 88 summon will be very effective and helps u make back the money it cost even quicker so u can still get the bandos eventually !

There's your problem right there. What something's worth varies from player to player. As you can see, some people thought it was, some say it wasn't. Those who "know what they're talking about" just don't like it from personal preference. I haven't used them, I have no intent on using them, however my point is in fact a point. He could very well buy them, try them himself and find out if they're worth it. This is, of course, a game. Why not buy something if you want to? My point stands very strong, so thanks for the flame attempt, but it didn't work out. Yes, statistically, there are better things. But if you're going to go hardcore into statistics, then that's just ruining the fun of the game in my opinion.

If you want them, buy them. You can sell them back if you don't like and a loss of 1M aint too bad :P

Bandos is only worth it if you have the money to do it. I didn't buy Bandos untill I had reached 100m.

The way I looked at it, It's something that I REALLY wanted, but I didn't want to be broke after buying it.

Fun is relative. Statistics are not. When someone asks a question on this forum, the most obvious way to answer is the statistical way. What if everyone just answered with LOLFUN advice?

"Hi, I was wondering which crafting method had the lowest GP to experience ratio. Thanks."

"SUP BRO. Dude just kill cows and sell the bones, beef, and hides for battlestaves, cause it's TOTALLY AWESOME to one-hit the cows, bro!!!"

Well you're right, that is the lowest gp to experience ratio. My point was that he should buy it and try it out himself to see if he thinks it's worth it. Stonewall said that I have no point, when in fact I do. Since I saw people say yes, and some people say no, I say the best thing IS to buy it and try it out. He can always sell it back if he doesn't like it.
