He just recently came back to rs as a lvl 38 with 610m...............I do find it funny that blueparty hats lost about 40m since 08. I wonder why because rares should only be able to go up as they only have a set amount currently. Any Ideas? People don't really wear them much anymore. If you're not going to wear it, you don't care what color it is. I think that more and more, partyhats are becoming partyhats, without regard to color. I haven't charted it, but I'll bet over the last year or so, the lower valued partyhats have risen relative to the others with the higher valued hats going in the opposite direction. Eventually, I would guess that all partyhats would have a comparable value. This is an astute observation. Party Hats, for the most part, don't really look that great in RS2, especially on females. There is so much other crap that is actually useful, looks cool, and still shows you're a rich mother****er. Spirit Shields and Third Age will always be the premium "status symbol" items, at least until something even more difficult to obtain comes out, which is not all that likely unless it is something similar to Gold CW armor except with great stats. Party Hats have a lot of history to them, more than any of the other rares, so they will always be the most expensive of the rares... But there are other expensive, rare items to be worn if you just want to impress people. Even though Third Age Melee has lost a lot of its value (i.e. it's not in the billions for a full set anymore), it still draws a second glance anytime I see someone in it. Who's idea was it to use Easter eggs/pumpkins as bargaining items? I saw some people buying "edibles" 50M each in world 2. What [bleep]ing morons... I have 70M and am close to the price that they were at months ago. Now they're rising at a fast rate and people doing crazy [cabbage] when they try to sell them, so I guess that's out of reach. Junk is created everytime a price manioulated item crashs but that junk can range from super attack pots to dragon boots. The regular stable junk realy didn't effect much it was traded around to lend items and still will be used to lend items. I don't see this effecting the market at the least. The minigame is currently too hard with minimal rewards for the large amount of effort put in. To put simply, the minigame targets all of the wrong players.
