Håkon collects the sentry and runs back to report to the professor that it is a bit slow to set up, but good once that is done.

No you guys, don't open the blast doors yet. Let's set a trap for whatever may be inside.

 

Enigma begins looking for more explosive containers.

[Earth]

mrg. im listening for whatever the ehlls on the other side.

Varius stays at the other end of the room, throwing knives ready.

Kimako:

You can't understand the notes. However, you get the strange notion that the professor might want them. After entering the password, the blast door slowly begins to open, revealing a large, circular room with a high ceiling. In the center is a large pod, but you can't tell what is inside. Suddenly, you feel a bit dizzy.

 

Earth:

You listen, hearing allot of mechanical noises.

 

Hakon:

You collect the sentry and report to the professor. He tells you, "Experience is needed to set up the sentry turret fast. I am pleased with the test results, and the further construction of these sentries will commence as of now." You recieve 400c as a reward.

 

Enigma:

You find no explosive containers.

 

Varius:

You stay at the end of the room, but see nothing when the doors open.

[Earth]

i start stabbing the pod in the center of the room.

I stay at the ready

Jen starts dancing around, while attempting to use her hidden psy powers to counter the psy powers of whatever is in the pod.

[Seraphi]

Enigma stands back for a second to watch what happens to Earth. If any movement is detected, he fires his handgun at it.

Håkon head to the merchant and ask if he has gotten a P90 this time, if not he buys 200 AK rounds.

Earth:

The pod is suspended in the center of the room. It is almost 30 feet tall, so you don't think stabbing it is going to do anything. Your PDA squacks, and an audio log starts playing, saying "Critical PSY emissions, leave the area"

 

Stephen:

You join the search party. They continue down the tunnel, until they reach a large steel door. One of the men plants a charge on the door and blows it up. They all rush into some sort of weapon testing facility. As you walk in, you notice something move out of the corner of your eye.

 

Varius:

You don't see anything.

 

Kimako:

You can't counteract the PSY powers, but you manage to keep dancing before falling over.

 

Enigma:

Nothing happens, but you can make out some large platform with a control panel. It is on a upper level of the large room.

[Retech]

Kimako attempts to sit up, in a lotus position. Then she attempts to activate her hidden psy powers to crush the mind of the creature using Psy on her. If that fails, then she accepts the PSY into her, hoping that it works like a needle (where if you relax, it doesn't hurt as much).

[Nexaduro]

Varius sighs, and starts juggling his throwing knives to increase his proficiency.

retech, you have no psy powers. i rush out of the room, and start shooting the pod. if that fails, i rush back in, and do a scouttake (my term for unning around an object, and seeing if theres any weakneses)

[Seraphi]

"Kimako, don't be stupid"

 

Enigma starts climbing up to the control panel, staying wary of any movement, and shooting it if he sees anything.

[Retech]

Maybe she does have PSY powers, who knows? :D

[Earth]

well. no. you start out with no special starting abilities, and you didnt gain any in the time ive been here.

Kimako:

You accept the PSY powers, and you start hearing whispering in you mind. Suddenly, you start aiming your gun towards Earth, and take a shot. You hit him in the arm, doing minor damage.

 

Varius:

You juggle the knives.

+0.1 melee prof.

 

Stephen:

There are several men in robes standing on the other side of the facility. The CS squad member says "Clear to engage!" You and the team begin to fire on the men, killing one but missing the other two. Suddenly, two of the CS members are thrown against the wall by an unknown force.

Earth:

You shoot at the glass, but notice that it is bulletproof. Suddenly, you are shot in the arm.

Enigma:

You barely climb to the control panel before collapsing. There is blood everywhere.

i do a scoutake of the pod ,(if you dont know what that is, then look at my last post that i make an action in) trying to avoid kimako.

[Nexaduro]

I sigh again, walk to the doorway, and toss my knives at Kimako.

[Seraphi]

Psy powers causing me to bleed and collapse. Hm.

 

Enigma focuses the last of his energy on working the control panel and using it to find some way to destroy the pod with it.

 

I really want these polterguist and Psy powers...
