Enigma analyses his surroundings (Forgot what's happening)

 

Also, if my computer crashes I'd like retech to continue controlling my character, or Nexaduro.

I try doing jumping rolls while tossing knives at a wall (typical Hollywood "hero jumps out of cover, shoots on the way down, lands in a roll which ends with him on his feet," but with throwing knives)

 

Dexterity, melee, or perhaps both?

Enigma:

You look around, realizing that you are inside some sort of underground lab. You hear voices coming from the collapsed elevator shaft.

 

Hakon:

(the mercenaries or the ecologists?)

 

Varius:

You begin to do a roll, but accidentally hit the wall and feel a bit dizzy.

i ask for a medkit to heal me legs. and if i get one, i use it.

I get up, clear my head, and try it some more away from potential hazards :blink:

Varius:

You practice some moves with your knives. You hear some radio chatter coming from the elevator shaft, and some grinding noises.

I carefully walk up to the elevator shaft, but not to the point where someone could shoot at me, and yell "Greeting, is anyone there? We seem to be in a bit of a difficult situation."

 

Anything obviously hostile coming through gets a throwing knife in the face.

i start dragging myself twords the shaft, looking for a medkit as i go.

Enigma stays in his elevated position and sits in wait. If the people come down and are aggressive, he shoots them with his handgun, before throwing a smoke grenade down, followed by a real grenade.

 

If they are not aggressive, he stays silent and hidden and listens to what happens.

Earth:

You start slowly dragging todards the shaft until you come up to the tunnel with the heat distortions.

 

Enigma:

You hear some saw operation, cutting away at the twisted metal. You overhear some radio conversation, and a woman's voice says, "Outbreak in sector d-7. Find the source and cauterize. Prepare for a visual download of surrounding area." They seem to be using certain code words.

 

Varius:

You walk up to the elevator shaft, but can only hear some saw operating. When you call to the other side, you hear no response besides some radio chatter.

i look for a med kit, and wonder why no one is actually looking at me.

Oh, nevermind. I suppose it's probably the same as Enigma.

 

Crap, I think we just found one of the missing "hostile" factions. Sounds like robots. Smoke grenades wouldn't work too well I think.

 

I run back behind the nearest doorway, and ready my katanas for some head-slicing. I try to play hackey-sack with a sheathed throwing knife.

Ecologists...

Enigma stays hidden in the control room, using a nearby piece of shattered glass or anything with a reflective property to watch below.

 

He waits to see if the people are aggressive. If they are, he throws a smoke grenade and explosive grenade down, before shooting them with his handgun in the confusion.

 

If they are unnaggressive, he drops down and asks what they are here for.

Kimako tries to break dance in the middle of the room, so whatever that comes through gets amused, which is when her team mates should attack.

Retech, can you, you know, stop with the dancing thing...?

It seems to be pretty inneffective, and might get us all killed.

Hakon:

The professor tells you that he needs help investigating a new kind of anomaly. He marks the location on your PDA.

 

Varius:

You prepare to fight off whoever is coming down, hiding in the shadows.

 

Enigma:

You watch with a broken mirror. making out a few sets of blue circles. Your PDA picks up a little of their signal, and you hear one of them saying, "Prepare to clear the area."

 

Kimako:

You fall over.

 

All:

3 actions until elevator shaft is cleared.

Håkon and Dog run towards the anomaly.

i drag myself to the dead giant beast that broke my legs, and pull my machete out of its eye.

Enigma jumps down, and looks for some explosive barrels or canisters. If he finds them, he places them to both sides of the entrance, so that they are invisible to anybody not in the room. He then goes back to his elevated position, making sure that he has a clear shot at the barrels. He loads his gun and waits.

 

he then tells everyone else to get to cover.

Kimako goes into the shadows, twirling around while waiting for the things to come through the door.

Varius asks for a few 9mm rounds.

 

I also toss my 9mm pistol to Enigma so he can dual-wield, if he wants it.

Hakon:

You find yourself deep in the forest. At the anomaly zone, you see nothing unusual besides huge strands of moss hanging off the trees.

 

Enigma:

You searh around, somehow finiding a satchel charge!

Kimako:

You hide in the shadows.

i look around for a medkit, and then i drag myself to get my machete back.
