As stated in the forums in the general discussion place, because the exp has been scaled up, so have randoms. 2.7% give 2.7X the amount of normal randoms etc. or something like that. Jagex didn't bother changing it it seems. Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.2672nd person to reach 2496 total.Thanks to Wicked for the awesome siggy :D

March 13, 201016 yr I wish I'd had some of that luck as well. I've been in want of tons of randoms and adjustability of frequency since the update that turned them down. :sad: ~Mr. D. V. "I want some randoms too!" Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)
March 13, 201016 yr I had a friend in cc complaining about the amount of randoms he was getting too. No one else was talking about it though. I didn't get a random while I was on either, but I'm f2p, so maybe none of those effects will reach us.

Jagex didn't bother changing it it seems.yeah its by xp, if you ever try using cooking/fm/other very fast xp brawlers, youll see that you get randoms every few loads, especially after tellying to the bank while fming. March 14, 201016 yr I thought it was based on the xp you get. yea pretty sure it is. i can go like days of doing pretty much nothing with no randoms, then whip out some fm brawlers getting like 1.2m xp an hour and have them every 10 mins. same with cooking and summoning and other fast things.
