You kill the wolves and fill your inventory and BOB (if using one), then tele to CW and bank, then Tele to Duel arena, and use the gnome glider to tele to White Wolf mountian. Because your original question made it seem like you wanted to know the fastest way to gather them. Perhaps you should edit your first post to make it clear you don't wish to kill them, because that is what a lot of people will look at, then answer.
