And how do you know he's not the first 1k skill totaly at 9hp? There wasn't many 9hpers kept to skill, and I haven't seen any with 1k total on these forums as yet. I remember something about miners getting more mining xp to start with. April 11, 201016 yr No one's the first at anything anymore, basically. And please don't bring up some obscure example of "first to collect 100 d chains from dusties." You know what I mean... Things like these, at least 10 people before you have done. Even if they leveled HP afterwards. 2001-2010 is plenty of time to get 1k total. All they had to do was make a skiller in RSC and not level combat. 6\10 for Thieving. I have all the 99s, and have been playing since 2001. Couldnt remember what hp i started at tho, so i left it open that they changed it with rs2. Thanks for informing us :)
April 15, 201016 yr I can settle this. In RSC, after the "starting class" system was removed from the game (you could get small boosts in combat stats as a "warrior," a boost in magic level as a "wizard," etc.) all characters started with level 1 in all skills, and 1000 hp exp. However, even though 1000 exp isn't normally enough to have level 10 in a skill, it was enough to have level 10 hp in RSC. When RS2 was released, Jagex removed this exception from the game, so that new players would start with 1154 hp exp instead and all the old 1000 exp characters would have level 9 hp. This change was NOT made when tutorial island was released, but only later, with the change to RS2. As a matter of fact, I have a (nearly unused) account with level 9 constitution named "Tuto Island".
