The estimated population for India in 2020 is 1.3 billion. With 882 million people aged between 15-64 Now lets say theres 650 Million aged between 18-40, with an increase of 10 million a year. Now how much would it cost a year to implement a training program for 10 million people? I'm guessing somewhere in the region of 50 billion? Like Rocco's plan, they stay as citzens, they just get trained. I'd imagine any more than a million and your infrastructure would take a hit as well. Icu, I'd estimate closer to 550m aged between 18 and 40. Due to it not being able to cover everyone, it will be people who are the healthiest, and strongest. Making my military hopefully more effective.
