The space elevator, I think its only one, as look at the effect of it. You can have the monolith thing though. Just keep in mind the reduction in troop deployment doesn't scale with rising prices for more expensive armour/weapons. So, if you troops cost 10m to deploy with exosuits and rifles made out of diamonds, you'll still only get a deployment reduction of around 20,000 dollars.
