Icu, how much time does the Space elevator have as of now before it's finished? And how much money is paid off?

 

Retech, I kinda wanna keep that land for now. Never know when I'll need it.

I can always name it the Italian Quarter, and you could base military bases and test bombs there if you want. As the controller of the Americas during Hegemony 1, I'm sure you'd understand my quest to unite the continent. :)
