Basically I'm trying to keep myself as the majority on the moon, because if Grim comes along with however trillion dollars he has, he'll start plopping biodomes all over the place.

Well as the most powerful and only country on the moon, I will defend it to the bitter end if necessary, but obviously I'd rather not fight. Remember my offer about giving you around fifty to a hundred billion dollars every ten years, if you purchase a biodome. That saves money for you, because I'm already building infrastructure on the moon.

Another five hundred billion dollars is spent on a massive infrastructure upgrade. This includes building both a tunnel and two bridges connecting the two biodomes. The tunnel will hold a monorail and personel monorail systems, while the bridges will be train and covered walking. Mining operations are also expanded, with the five hundred billion. Also, a new training center for the army is created. Two large ports are built to prepare for the construction of merchantile ships, when the next biodome is completed across the ocean. Ten thousand colonists are being trained with mock weapons and armor, while the actual ones are being built.

I was under the impression it had oceans, because the map looks like it has landforms. What is filling in the gap?

Unstable land, which can be crossed by land machine(my ability to spell the V word has gone) but are unsuitable for building on.

Okay, then my ports are simply ports for land machines or landships, and my ships are...land ships. Not a big difference there.

Hundred billion per decade. If you construct the biodome yourself, then you'll probaly get less because your moon infrastructure will not be developed, while I will have already been there for a while, and gotten a very high infrastructure for the moon. Hundred billion is more than the full amount for a while, I believe.

 

If I thought about it correctly, your IAG will increase by one billion each year with one biodome, making it take a hundred years until your biodome starts making more. By that time I'll be able to increase the offer, because my infrastructure will be higher.

I think it would be one, in which case it'd be worth 1 trillion per decade.

 

Although I could be pulling these figures from the Aether, I think I read that somewhere.
