We now have high efficiency solar panels, being installed on all buildings, that can power the entire building (With the exception of high rises and factories) without any help from the main grid. Any unused power is fed back into the main grid, making it so we require very little power from dirty sources. Breakdown of power sources in KazakhiaSolar - 84%Wind - 11%Nuclear - 2%Hydroelectric - 2%Dirty Sources - 1% This technology is also being used for military purposes, all new vehicles in the Kazakhian army, with the exception of MBTs, is now hybrid powered. Gas is still needed, as the rugged military panels cost a lot. Soldiers also have panels embedded into their armor, charging any electronic device the soldiers use.
