How do I pick the spells? What level am I? How many can I have?

Okay, how do I get to the game? I *think* I installed the maptool.

You run the .jar file for maptool, go to file, connect to server, head to the "Direct" tab, put in the aforementioned IP, password is "tavern", and then you're in

At least, it should be. Not the Maptool folder with all the resources, the folder you downloaded it in.

What? I downloaded the maptool file onto my C drive. What now? There's a compressed folder icon, and when I click it and press launch maptool it says extract files. I extract the files, and open up the maptool, but I can't get to anywhere but the map creator!
