They'll hit pretty often, so you're going to need a good bit of food. I would say around level 80 magic and 85+ defence. I would also recommend using Karil's if you're going to tank with you're current levels, you will get slaughtered with just black dragonhide. I used to flick mage prayer though with prayer gear and SGS was enough to keep me up for the whole task. I had to micro alot though due to the clicking.
