November 19, 200520 yr I can't wait to see this movie, the characters look so awesome. Also the acting looks incredible. Going with friends opening night. WooT! :D
November 19, 200520 yr I really enjoyed the books so I hope the film lives up to my expectations. I must admit it looks very promising though, and there's supposed to be a LOTR rivalling fight scene? 8) "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"
November 19, 200520 yr Well, whatever happens, it can't be worse than the origianl CoN movies... *shudders*
November 19, 200520 yr When i was 8 i got the voice version on cassette, went to sleep listening to it for bout a year...everynight...sad aye? I will definately be seeing the movie :) NumaNuma Fan | WoW > Rs
November 19, 200520 yr ive read the whole series so im excited to see this movie. the only thing i dont like is the fact that little kids are rules of this whole thing, kinda childish i think. but i still wanna see the show :P
November 19, 200520 yr i never read the books, and im in the middle of other books now so i wnt be able to read them before i see the movie. the movie still looks pretty good, but as someone else mentioned kind of childish. oh well, i think it will be pretty good.
November 19, 200520 yr Im also looking forward to it although I havent seen much footage from it :( And no lol why do you always want to get stuff from John Lewis. Its over ̣̉300 more then than what i paid. John Lewis is a great, great shop.
November 19, 200520 yr I can't wait to see this movie, the characters look so awesome. Also the acting looks incredible. Going with friends opening night. WooT! :D Too bad it is a Disney Movie...which probably means it is going to be really corny. Ghost: I am prejudice towards ignorance, so that would explain why I appear to be so.
November 20, 200520 yr I'm a big fan of the Chronicles of Narnia, and I'm really looking forward to the movie too. Just an interesting tidbit: C.S. Lewis, who wrote the Chronicles of Narnia, knew Tolkien, and they were friends at one point. One of Lewis' books, The Screwtape Letters, is actually dedicated to Tolkien. I thought that was fascinating. Even though it is a Disney movie, I think it will be pretty good. Douglas Gresham, C.S. Lewis' stepson, is working on it alongside Disney, so I'm guessing that the movie will be close to the book and very well done. And I agree that it couldn't possibly be any worse than the old movies. (There was a visible zipper on Aslan's costume. That was really bad.)
November 21, 200520 yr I cant wait to see it. Watched trailers etc, and there seems to be an quite big fighting scene. Looks pretty awesome. I dunno if that scene could be rivalling to LOTR though... However, it will be quite more interesting, as LOTR was only fighting against MASS of orcs (ok, not all, but in general ;) ), this looks quite cool to see Minotaurusses, and jaguars fight :) Retired.
November 21, 200520 yr Im having a hard time deciding on this one. It looks good, but after watching the original, it just seems overdramatic for such an easy going story :P
November 21, 200520 yr Author I can't wait to see this movie, the characters look so awesome. Also the acting looks incredible. Going with friends opening night. WooT! :D Too bad it is a Disney Movie...which probably means it is going to be really corny. Then don't see it
November 22, 200520 yr I can't wait to see this movie, the characters look so awesome. Also the acting looks incredible. Going with friends opening night. WooT! :D Too bad it is a Disney Movie...which probably means it is going to be really corny. What u talking about wilis lol, Disney is starting to make some better movies these days for the older population, like Pirates of The Carribean was a really good movie.
November 22, 200520 yr Author PurpleCrayon is just a steriotype junkie. He thinks all movies made by a certain brand are corny. Hence hes a moron

November 22, 200520 yr Well, whatever happens, it can't be worse than the origianl CoN movies... *shudders* We had to watch one of them in fourth grade, and I still bear the scars from it years later. I'm a big fan of the Chronicles of Narnia, and I'm really looking forward to the movie too. Just an interesting tidbit: C.S. Lewis, who wrote the Chronicles of Narnia, knew Tolkien, and they were friends at one point. One of Lewis' books, The Screwtape Letters, is actually dedicated to Tolkien. I thought that was fascinating. Did you also know that the main character in Lewis's Space Trilogy, Dr. Ransom, was based on Tolkein? I love all the links there are in the world of literature. :P As for the movie, I can hardly wait to see it. From what I can tell, the movie will actually do the book justice. :) "In so far as I am Man I am the chief of creatures. In so far as I am a man I am the chief of sinners." - G.K. Chesterton
November 23, 200520 yr the old CON movies, they really stunk, i mean i rented some from like my library hopeing they would be somewhat decent, after like a first couple min, i like turned away and did HOMEWORK lol, thats how incredibly bored i got.
November 23, 200520 yr Well, whatever happens, it can't be worse than the origianl CoN movies... *shudders* We had to watch one of them in fourth grade, and I still bear the scars from it years later. Oh yea, I remember this one part in the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, it's when Aslan comes back to life - and he's like "cover your ears children [susan and lucy], I'm about to roar!"... and then it's like rawr... and the girls act like their ears are burnt off... it's the most brutal thing ever...
December 3, 200520 yr I only just found about this when I saw the trailer when I went to see Harry Potter. Having never read the books yet seen part of the original movie, I thought omg this is going to be a crap kiddies film. But the trailer looked really awesome. Kinda reminded me of LOTR, particularly the battle scenes. I'm really looking forward to this. Gonna have to read the books now :P Harry Potter still rocked tho
December 3, 200520 yr They're not advertising it on T.V alot althought I don't know why, only seen it once or twice  no promotion that means they are gonna rely on word of mouth that means that the movie has to be good... The following statement is true. The previous statement is false. 60% of all statistics are made up 90% of the time andrew i love you & want you to have my babys!!! Finally, I get to save the Earth with deadly lasers instead of deadly slide shows!
