June 23, 201016 yr I have recently come back to RS after playing WoW for 1.5 years. I just got bored and needed another RPG. So I came back to my roots and started up again. I remember before quiting I was really into FoG and PvP worlds came out. I have came back made a brand new account and wanted to know what has changed. I personally noticed that the GE prices have gotten higher and everyone is still immature... Anything else I should know about that has entered the F2P world? My stats are updated weekly... Sometimes...

You don't like runescape because jergex hates you and makes your life miserable with all of their screw-ups, so that means no one will. Let him make his own decisions and decide whether or not he enjoys the game, there are obviously still a lot of people who do.

June 23, 201016 yr Although it's obvious Mike was trying to illicit a response, his point does hold water. If WoW didn't grab your attention i'm not sure how Runescape will. Runescape is even less immersive than WoW and has even more grinding aspects to it. The awesome content makes up for it though, so it's just a matter of what type of gamer you are. Essentially, the game is better than ever before (i've been playing since Classic before 2007 kids try to patronize me). Like always, new content and better graphics come out, the game continues to thrive although the core gameplay is the same. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I just got really bored of doing ICC 1-2 times a week and have some of the best gear out. I played RS for 2 years and never got bored. I just missed using wasd. My stats are updated weekly... Indeed, end-game WoW = pixel hunt for the best gear. Cataclysm is going to have a much better lockout system that discourages over-raiding, which is one of the main selling points for me. As for WASD, thats another topic entirely (Jagex really needs to get their heads out of their butts) P.S. Lol @ ICC's 25% buff -------------------------------------------------------------------
