To those P2P clanners

Only really interesting for clans like RoT, Brut, et cetera but I doubt this will be a huge affect on the P2P clan world, let alone the F2P clan world.

i disagree with that it will certainly have effect on P2P clan world as all the p2p clanners have a bunch of boots and they wouldnt mind alching em for money :) and to some extent it will have a affect on F2P as people from the Top 10 do stock up on the boots as some even like to return in em for some reason and a lot of them do gwd. all this extra money means more sets that a certain clan has = longer fight :)

I agree and disagree with you, this doesn't necessarily mean it would provide longer fights in general, maybe some clans (speaking of the TOP clans) would now try to outlast longer because they know they have a better bank due to this update but as I said; it wouldn't give a HUGE effect on the P2P clan world, P2P members in F2P clans would now stock up their banks more easily with these boots as before, true but do you really believe members will now try to outlast EVEN MORE due to this update? I doubt it, but it's possible (and most likely will be for the top 10-20 F2P clans).

I'm not completely certain of the result of this update especially since my knowledge is limited about P2P since I'm pure F2P, yet that's just my point of view in this case.

Lol that update is kinda sad, actually Jagex told poeple about that update BEFORE it comes out, so poeple bought like 100k+ of boots, and it's a easy 1b+ for them, saw about 20 poeple now with over 100k boots...

i think it can affect p2p a bit but it will only affect f2p clanning with a few people because not many people noticed it and if they did its only a limited number with massive banks, so it wont affect returning that much imo

i was directing it to the top 20 who actully r willing to do anything for rsc post lol :)

@danex 100k is way over 1b it is more like 4b as 25k which i have is worth 1.1b or so :)

I think the nature of supply and demand will bring prices down due to the amount of people who'll sell them because they 'knew' about this update. Good for some P2Pers though I guess, although I personally don't know how much it'll benefit the P2P Clan World as I have no inclusion in it.

EDIT: Just found out that those prices are fixed or something? 45/46K per alch also I believe. Abit confused now tbh.

What a stupid update...

But yea it wont have a massive impact because there will only be so many players with banks full of boots, maybe only a few per clan will have gained considerable amounts. And even then, more money in the game will just make item prices rise meaning sets cost more anyway so you could perhaps say that those who didn't have any boots will be less willing to return.

Don't know about the clan world, but it will cause massive inflation.

High alching these boots will cause an influx of money into the economy, and we'll be experiencing pretty heavy inflation for the next few months. But if you're smart, you can use that to your advantage (merchanting).
