Guy
Hi I'm looking to get 99 construction. Obviously, I need money Stats here, and i have 15 mil now. I need around 60m. So.. merchanting? God wars dungeon? Other monster hunting? For the actual training: I'm thinking doing teaks rather than oaks, because they are just a little bit more expensive (just under 10m?) but less than half the amount of logs. Is it worth using volatile as opposed to morphic? or stick with morphic? or normal hammers? So mainly I would like some advice on making money Thank you :D RIP TET "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." - Friedrich Nietzsche
Grimy_Bunyip
Do MTK + dailies definitely, earns 1 mil+ a day easily.you don't quite have the stats for serious monster hunting IMO.so just stick to dailies and wait it out for about 2 months. If you want advice for money making, mine is:Don't make money. Your stats are too low. Level up now. Think about money when you have the stats to earn it fast.Your attack/strength/defense levels aren't even 95+ yet. Only after then should you consider buying 90+ stats in more expensive skills. you can see my spreadsheets by clicking my siggy for more details on individual training methods, but oaks are generally better than teaks.what you want to look at is the total amount of xp you get per construction, not per log. oak dungeon doors give 600 xp per construction.Few teak items, if any give much more than that.Only mahogany tables top that, barely, at like 860 I believe? stick with oak logs/planks SC tools are efficient for most players.Judging by your stats, you s hould use morphic tools.Never use volatile tools. Ever. honestly why the heck do you want 99 construction? seems like a rather useless 99 to me.if you really really want a skillcape that badly, you should get one that's useful. UnknownRemoval
The availability of teak logs also plays a factor, and it would be best to stick to oak logs for making dungeon doors. Always use the morphic hammers which should bring the cost to around 40-45M, meaning you only need to make around 30M, an easy task. To make the money you should never forget your farming, stick with avantoes or toadflax plus marigolds. You should be able to get maybe 110-150k profit per run on average, so that's an extra 500-700k extra a day depending on your play time.It would be best to raise your melee skills before trying god wars dungeon, which is better at 90+ melees. You could always work on your Slayer a bit more, working to the highly profitable 83 and 85.If you want some ranged experience, you could try cannoning green dragons for 500-700k cash per hour. Achieve this by using a games necklace to teleport to clan wars, run east to dragons, cannon them until full on bones, bank at volcano (using necklace), and repeat. Don't forget to take a forthintry brace to protect against revenant teleblocks. Good luck on 99 Construction  Retired Crew Member | Retired RuneScape Player

Zaaps1
I get 6-9m per week from Dailies. Do those and you'll easily have your money. To be specific, that's: Zaff's Battlestaves, Baba Yaga's battlestaves and death/earth/water runes, Magic Guild death/earth/water runes, Sumona's broad bolts unf (you can use any master, but Sumona is quickest if you have a Slayer Ring, alternatives are Fairy Ring to Kuradal, Karam Gloves to Duradel, or Kharyll teleport to that guy in Canafis), Farming snapdragons and limpwurts with the Scroll of Life and the fastest method, MTK raw fish and herbs, and brewing Greenman Ales with "the stuff." You can also throw Bork in there, although it's more for charms than profit. If you want to count CTS Waterfiends from my 40 minutes 3x charms per week, that's another ~100k or so. There's a whole bunch of other stuff you can throw in if you REALLY want that money quick. That's Ardy Cape pure essence, Catherby Pineapples/Seaweed, etc., etc. Frankly, I don't bother with anything I didn't list in the paragraph above (besides Circus/Penguins for xp and Trouble Brewing every month or so for an hour for more of "the stuff"). If you throw in a little merchanting, you can increase your cashpile by ~2% each day. I fail at merchanting though, so I can't give you any tips. ~It's Super Effective! All_Is_Great
I suggest you train it bit by bit. Dont wait till you have all the cash then play SC for weeks and build doors for weeks. I did around 15k planks at a time, played 30 SC games, then went to train. I got around 2-3 levels from this each time. Just take it slow, because if you do 100k planks at once, it'll feel like grinding. To make money, I did herb runs, MTK, a little bit of green drags (gave up on those, too crowded), also some merchanting.

Blastudo
If you don't mind doing a little bit of pre-Construction training I would suggest getting 85+ Mining and getting runite ore, that's how I raised the cash for 99 Construction. I used morphic hammers,I think losing the small extra bonus is a fair trade for knowing which tool you will get. You can't go wrong with non-combat Stealing Creation clans, the games go much faster so you can get to Construction quicker. I used a little clan called Fast SC. You may also want to try Runecrafting to raise the cash.
