I think it is one of the greatest shows EVER! I mean, the plot is just great, they leave you hanging on a cliff after every episode, and make next weeks show so anticipated. LOST starts for me in a half-hour from the time of this post, and I cannot wait!!

I like watching it, unfortunately I wasn't very interested in the beginning so I haven't seen a lot of the episodes except for the new ones, which are still pretty good. I'll probably watch it tonight :).

i am in love with this show. when my friends came over last week, i went into the other room all by myself to watch it while they continued the lan party. nothing will make me miss it. only 3 minutes till it starts! my doors are locked, my lights are off, and after i make this post, ill probably turn my computer off so i dont here the noise. :D

well, it was pretty good tonight. the previews last week led you to believe that they were going to forget to push the button, but that didnt happen. kates secret wasnt quite as bad as they built it up to be, but still kind of weird. didnt learn really much of anything, except you really, really arent supposed the computer for anything except inputing the numbers, and then you see michael doing that exact thing. the leak said next weeks episode was supposed to be about the island before the plane crash, but the previews really dont show that happening. going to surf the boards now to see what i can find out.

they have some good ones if you search the imdb forums, the one about electro-magnetism and the changing of the poles of earth, with one of the poles being the island they are on, or the island being the new equator by repulsing the fields, that one looks ok. i dont really "theorize" on such a wide scale, i just keep theories about the current things. the next episode is about eko, and i think he was on the drug plane that boone fell in. early reports this season mentioned a "native of the island meeting up with the tail section", or something along the lines that he was here before the crash. then, the spoilers posted still list the next episode as being about the island before the crash, which would fit right in. the previews for next weeks episode show all of them in their current state of affairs, but ekos backstory could be about him and the island before the crash. but we have to wait till JANUARY 11th (thats over 5 weeks from now :shock: !) to figure out anything, thats when the next new episode comes out. anyways, what was some of your theories about? the numbers are an interesting one, because the writers of the show said you would never find out the "meaning" or anything behind the numbers, they are just numbers. so you can pretty much go wild with that one, and you wont ever be proved wrong :D

Actually, I better not post my theory. I've watched the whole thing, but some people in the UK won't be as far ahead as the US and so won't understand it...and stuff. >.

I missed it on T.V. since I mainly watch movies, but I heard it was damn good, so I might keep up with the seasons from the start and buy the first one. :)

I loved last nights ending, when Michael was talking on the computer, like AIM or something, and then it was his SON!

Ohh i hadnt noticed this post before. I am really getting into Lost now. I hadnt seen any of the episodes but people kept talking about it at work so i decided to give it ago. I got all the episodes from ebay and watched up until episode 20 to match how far into series 1 was on TV and have watched the rest of the episodes on Channel 4.

 

 

 

In england we are just about to finish the series with Exodus 1 on tomorrow and 2&3 the week after.

Real life coincidence that the numbers 4 8 15 16 23 24 came up in a real lottery not long ago. Thats pretty close to all the numbers.

we are on episode 8 or 9 of season 2 here in america, has been reruns for the whole christmas season (since dec 5). its been tough waiting for it, but now only a week and a day for a new episode.

I wonder how soon we will get S2 over in the UK. I really hope it wont be too long else ill be making an aquisision of it from ebay ;)

I absolutely love the show, so much so that the fact that i live in England does not stop me from watching the same episodes as and when they are out in America.

I don't really want to start a discussion about any certain events because of the Englsih user's, but i really feel the second series is good and gives alot more depth and meaning to the show.

yeah, dont want it to spoil it for anyone. but the second season definently changes things, after doing a three day marathon of watching all 25 of season one and then the newest 8 or 9 of season 2, you definently see there are differences. we should get a weekly discussion here once the new episodes start coming out, although i dont know how that will work with all the different people watching different episodes.

yep, that would be awesome. i guess i can see why they wouldnt really want to bother with it though, as this board is mostly for runescape, while music and movies is just one forum on it. still, it would be nice if they implemented it. also the imdb link thing we talked about in the suggestions thread, i could use that quite a bit.
