How's this for a counterargument: It's a game for crying out loud, it doesn't matter if someone has more fake money than you. OP deserves the slur for complaining about something that is entirely in his/her control.

 

Exactly. It's so ridiculously easy to make money, there's really no reason to complain about being poor. Think about it. In just 8 minutes each day, you can make 500k+ in profits by farming and dailies, and every 5 minutes of work after that you can make 150k+. If you want to compare high end items like godswords to rl "equivalents" like sports cars, think about it like this. If a Ferrari is the equivalent to an AGS, then worst case scenario you spend 1360 minutes (a little over 22 hours) to make enough money to buy it. 22 hours? If I could go out into the real world, work for less than a day and buy myself a Ferrari, I'd have an entire goddamn fleet of them by now.

Is there something wrong with the rich getting richer? (other than its not you getting rich).. I am sick and tired of people making the rich look bad in the world... Have you ever seen a poor person give someone a job? I dont think so...

 

Let me guess.. the next thing you want to suggest it that we take all the GP in the game and split it up among everyone so we all have an equal amount...

With ONE lucky drop from a boss it is now possible to obtain a party hat. Never before in the history of runescape has it been possible to obtain the status of owning a party with one simple drop from a monster.

 

I agree. Even if Divine managed to catch back up towards higher end partyhats, I would refuse to trade my green for one because its simply not worth it.

I heavily prefer the chaotic shield which can be obtained by leveling up a skill to 80 and/or earning 200k tokens from a skill....too easy.....Chaotic shields

unique ability to reduce up to 10% melee and 20% range, having at least 30+ in every def bonus, and the attack bonus.... who wouldn't pick that over

a prayer draining shield with the limited 30% melee drain and its mediocre stats? :mellow:

 

It's a 30% reduction to all damage, not just melee damage. It costs more to recharge the chaotic kiteshield than it does to buy more prayer potions for the divine. Thus, divine is superior in every way. There was a thread on this very subject.

 

I'm kind of surprised that this thread hasn't been locked due to the idiocy of the OP's comparison.
